Metabase - v0.43.4.2
This Hotfix fixes issues with connections staying open when connecting to a DB via an SSH tunnel.

- Bump ssh to 2.9 for 43.x release (#24447)
- Ensure uploaded secrets are stable (#24325) (#24441)
