crossplane - v1.6.2

This patch release primarily contains an update to depend on the latest version of go-containerregistry (https://github.com/crossplane/crossplane/pull/2852), which fixes a few issues related to cloud provider credential resolvers causing reconciliation timeouts in Crossplane's package manager, particularly when running in an environment with strict firewall rules or when using a pull through cache registry. Special thanks to @imjasonh @mattmoor and @jonjohnsonjr for implementation and review of fixes in go-containerregistry, as well as @haarchri @mcbenjemaa and @MisterMX for testing the patch in their respective environments.

The Crossplane community has a general policy of using release versions for all dependencies. For this patch, we have made the decision to depend on an incremental version due to the fact that explicitly supported functionality was not working correctly, and alternative solutions were deemed to be higher risk than depending on an incremental version of a dependency that Crossplane maintainers have extensive familiarity with.
