RKE2 - v1.23.1+rke2r2

This release fixes several issues, including an issue with the --agent-token flag that could prevent servers from joining managed etcd clusters when this flag was used.

Known Issues

• #1447 - When restoring RKE2 from backup to a new node, you should ensure that all pods are stopped following the initial restore:
